There was something about the smell of Habanero peppers and citrus that had the entire flight salivating. In 2007 Jatin Anand found himself on a flight next to a Belizean farmer pouring homemade hot sauce onto her food. A few drops, and hours of conversation later, the two embarked on a seven year journey to creating the perfect sauce.

THE START OF THE SAUCE

There was something about the smell of Habanero peppers and citrus that had the entire flight salivating. In 2007 Jatin Anand found himself on a flight next to a Belizean farmer pouring homemade hot sauce onto her food. A few drops, and hours of conversation later, the two embarked on a seven year journey to creating the perfect sauce. From farms and factories in Belize, to exporting the sauce around the world, Spyce made it to shelves in 2014. Having served communities near and far, Spyce is dabbling in salsas and more to bring Belizean flavors to the masses, one condiment at a time.

WHERE WE SOURCE

Our parent company, Goodluck International has been dedicated to translating flavors globally for the last seven decades, started by the late Faqir Chand Anand. With a love for spice, third generation Jatin Anand is dedicated to bringing the flavor of Habanero peppers to palates straight from Belize.
